The boys tennis team finished up a great 4A State Tournament on Saturday, October 11th.
After numerous rain delays, the team got down to business.
The team finished 5th overall and won the coveted Sportsmanship Award again this year!
We had 3 doubles teams finish 3rd overall:
Mitch and Jack Erdle at #1 Doubles
Mark Manta and Vince DePizzol at #2 Doubles
Jared Bourgain and Eli MIlls at #3 Doubles
All the players fought hard and it was an amazing team effort to take 5th and to be voted in by the other coaches as the team
that demonstrated the most Sportsmanship. The team did all of this under the amazing leadership of head coach, Jamal Heydari, and assistant coaches Greg Foster and Gary Webster.
