I am elated to be a part of the Mullen family and look forward to many successful seasons with the Mustangs. I live in Highlands Ranch with my wife Dianne and my five children: Luke, Shane, Juliette, Kieran and Greer. I am originally from New York but moved to New Milford, Connecticut when I was was four. After four years of high school Soccer I attended Adelphi University for one year and then transferred to Salem State for my Sophomore season. Despite my love of the game, I decided to switch sports and played Rugby until I was 30 when I was offered a coaching position at the Sherman School in Sherman, Connecticut. From Sherman, I moved onto a boy’s freshman position at New Milford High School and then Girl’s JV at Shepaug High School. My first varsity position was at Wamogo High School in Litchfield where I coached for two years. Since moving to Colorado four years ago, I coached my sons for two years and then accepted a position as the Girl’s Varsity Coach at Conifer. I have a degree in English from Western Connecticut State University and have taught at Newtown High School, and also at Cresthill Middle School in Highlands Ranch.
