- Our actions and decisions are in the best interest of the Booster Club Members, Lacrosse Players, and Mullen High School.
- Treat all Booster Club Members with dignity and respect.
- Make every effort to complete our Booster Club business in an organized and expeditious manner.
- Strive to leave the succeeding Booster Club more money than the current Board was presented.
- Respond to a parent or any external concerns or complaints within 24 hours after a board review and majority decision.
- The Head Coach of the Varsity Team is responsible for supervising all aspects of all three Teams (Level 3, V2, Varsity).
- The Coaches manage their respective competitive teams, and the Booster Club members manage the operations of the Club functions/organizations.
- Building synergy and enjoying the Booster Club experience are tantamount.
- In essence, let’s keep our board business simple, clear, decisive, fun, constructive.
